About the Society of Young Leaders
The Society of Young Leaders is an affinity group of Aloha United Way and is one of Oahu's most unique young professional organizations. For over 15 years, SYL has worked to engage the next generation of leaders in making Hawai‘i a better place through charitable giving, volunteer service, and thought-provoking professional development. Through this mission to "GIVE, SERVE, LEARN" , more than 200 members across many industries come together each year to make a collective, positive impact on the most pressing issues in our community.

Membership is open to anyone between the ages of 21-39 that donates a minimum of $120 annually to Aloha United Way. To learn more about SYL and how to join, visit auw.org/society-young-leaders.
